Hi! My name is Victoria Savostianova. I am a wholeness practitioner, an embodiment coach, a craniosacral therapist, and a neuropsychosomatics practitioner.
I have been living in Ukraine all the time of russian invasion, except for the first three months, when my town and my house was occupied by russian troops.
In the circumstances of constant missile attacks and winter blackouts I continue to stay balanced and resourced, maintain inner peace and practice wholeness by staying in my body, strengthening the connection between my body, emotions, mind and spirit. Creating AI art was a part of my practice.
I invite you on an amazing journey - getting back home into your body!

My Story
From living in a head
to living in wholeness
In my personal journey, I found that my "body" was the weakest link when I discovered Ken Wilber's books in 2018.
Since then, I've dedicated much more attention to the connection with my body. I learned about psychosomatics, and the puzzle started falling into place.
Subsequently, I studied craniosacral therapy.
Most recently, I completed a six-month Embodiment Coaching course with Mark Walsh, earning certification as an embodiment coach.
During times of massive missile attacks and tragedies in Ukraine, embodiment techniques offered me invaluable support.
WHOLENESS:
a constant connection between body, emotions, mind and spirit
EMBODIMENT in its broadest sense is like coming home to your own body.
It's about truly feeling what it's like to be you, right now, in this very moment.
It's a shift from living life solely "in your head" to embracing a holistic existence that encompasses your body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
When any of these aspects aren't fully nurtured and developed, it can hinder your overall consciousness.
However, as you develop all four dimensions, you unlock the potential to ascend to new levels of consciousness, much like the spiral dynamics concept.
This expanded consciousness offers a more comprehensive view of the world. You become capable of comprehending and navigating complex concepts, and your values naturally evolve. Your perception gradually expands to encompass the vastness of the world.
Now, I have a dream to share with the people all over the world, as many people are living in constant stress or inner war even without even realizing it.
Moreover, these insights pave the way to extended youthfulness and holistic health.
